Current Village Master Plan
Here is the current Master Plan for the Village by SilverStar taking into account the failure of the land sale ballot. This is the plan that has been submitted to the County Commission for consideration at present. Note the coverage of the entire 16+ acres by buildings, structures and pavement - both parking and streets. The zoning proposal allows for up to 50% of the total acreage to be covered by buildings and structures. There is no limitation on how much of the remaining 50% of the acreage can be used for roads and parking. There is almost no actual public meeting space and the pedestrian walkways are now almost entirely made up of sidewalks next to streets. Also note the amount, and type, of building that was planned to take place on the SROA owned common areas had the land sale ballot been approved.
